brewing guides

There are soooo many resources out there on how to brew good coffee. Sure, I'd like to make my own but for now, here are some awesome links from some big names in coffee. Can you spot my friend the long-haired surfer dude plunging an Aeropress with his elbow?

Important note: A good grinder can make a big difference in brew quality. Burr grinders produce a much more even grind than blade grinders and provide a more consistent extraction every time. I highly recommend investing in one and have included a couple links.
