In collaboration with Halifax Hollow in Putney, VT, this is a custom blend of wild-foraged forest goodies that can be used in your own lattes or coffee concoctions at home. We tasted an array of infusions and settled on a blend of carolina allspice, sweet fern, and candy cap mushroom to create a woodsy, piney, mapley, yet bright and warming syrup that adds a unique flabor profile to any coffee drink (or cocktail!).
